Micro Technologies India Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on May 24, 2008, inter alai, to transact the following business:
1. Issue and allot 26,549 equity shares to Lehman Brothers Pursuant to the conversion of Foreign Currency Convertible Bonds (FCCB) issued on July 20, 2007.
2. Formation of "FCCB Conversion Committee" for the limited purpose of allotting shares upon conversion of the bonds.
