Price : BSE: Rs 216.20 ( 5.62 % ), NSE: Rs. 216.55 ( 5.79 % )
Can anyone guess why HCL had to communicate about forex losses 20 days before scheduled board meeting on 1 Aug. Is it a legal obligation? They could have communicated during result announcement. Could HCL prove a point that result are going to good inspite of the losses.
