Dolphin Offshore Enterprises India Ltd has informed BSE that the Shareholders at the Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company held on September 29, 2008, inter alia, have accorded to the following:

1. Adopted the Audited Financial Statements for the year ended March 31, 2008 together with the Reports of the Directors and the Auditors thereon.

2. Declared Dividend @ 25%.

3. Re-appointed Mr. S Sundar, Mr. Bipin R Shah, Directors of the Company.

4. Re-appointed M/s. Haribhakti & Company, Chartered Accountants as Auditors of the Company.

5. Approved the revision in remuneration payable to Rear Admiral Kirpal Singh w.e.f. April 01, 2008.
