AK Capital Services Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on July 25, 2008, inter alia, has considered and transacted the following business:

1. The Board of Directors recommended, subject to the approval of the shareholders of the Company in the Annual General Meeting, a Dividend @ 35% on the equity shares of the Company for the financial year 2007-2008.

2. The Board of Directors, subject to the approval of the shareholders of the Company in the Annual General Meeting, recommended a Dividend @ 6% on the preference shares of the Company for the financial year 2007-2008.
