Ghcl Limited has informed the Exchange that Register of Members and Share Transfer books of the Company will remain closed from September 05, 2008 to September 12, 2008 (both days inclusive) for the purpose of payment of dividend @ 24% (Rs.2.40 per share) on the equity shares of the Company for the financial year ended March 31, 2008 as recommended by the Board, if declared at the ensuing Annual General Meeting to be held on September 12, 2008.
