Zenith Birla (India) Limited has informed the Exchange vide notes to Accounts in the unaudited financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2008 (taken on record by the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on July 25, 2008) regarding the details of utilisation of Public Issue Proceeds of Rs. 131 crores towards ongoing project. The details of the same shall be available on the NSE website (http://www.nseindia.com) under: Corporates > Latest Announcements and on the Extranet Server (/Common/Corporate Announcements).
