Nava Bharat Ventures Limited has informed the Exchange that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on July 25, 2008 approved: 1) The Statement in lieu of advertisement & advertisement relating to the Fixed Deposits; 2)Cost Accounts for 2007-08 relating to Sugar, Industrial Alcohol and Electricity; 3) Appointment of Additional Director: The Board appointed Dr. Nageshwara Rao Dukkipati, M.E. Ph. D, as Additional Director (Non Executive and Independent) upto the date of next Annual General Meeting; and 4) Chairman of the Board: The Board elected the Managing Director, Sri D. Ashok, as Chairman of the Board of Directors.
