Celestial Labs Limited has informed the Exchange that the Board of Directors at its Meeting held on July 14, 2008 has transacted the following business: The Register of Members and the Share Transfer Books of the Company will remain closed from August 11, 2008 to August 14, 2008 (both days inclusive) for payment of dividend on equity shares of this Company for the financial year ended March 31, 2008, if declared by the members at the forthcoming Annual General Meeting of the Company to be held on August 14, 2008.
