Gandhi Special Tubes Ltd has informed BSE that the members at the 23rd Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company held on July 23, 2008, inter alia, have approved unanimously the following resolutions:

1. Adoption of Audited Profit & Loss Account for the year ended March 31, 2008 together with the Audited Balance Sheet as on that date and the report of the Board of Directors and the Auditors Report thereon.
