Rs.15/- for IFCI is possible only if 9000 is possible for sensex, which looks impossible under current circumstances. Doomsayers already started hiding themselves behind the bush after predicting of $250 for crude or 9000 for sensex. But it may be advisable to find too much comfort at 15000 as our good old guv/RBI is ready with another dose of hike in the name of taming inflation.
