Aishwarya Telecom Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company scheduled to be held on July 26, 2008, for considering Audited financial results for the year ended March 31, 2008 and Un-audited Results for the quarter ended June 30, 2008 has been postponed to July 30, 2008 from July 26, 2008.

Hence, the Board Meeting of the Company will be held on July 30, 2008 for considering financial results.
