Indo Asian Housing Corporation Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on July 30, 2008, inter alia, for consideration of Un-audited Results of the Company for the quarter ended June 30, 2008 and also for consideration for passing of the following Resolutions by way of Postal Ballot and approval of the Postal Ballot form and the Notice to the members thereon.

Proposed Resolutions:

a. Alteration of Clause IIIA of the main objects clause of the Memorandum of Association of the Company.

b. Change the Name of the Company from the existing name to the proposed name as approved by the Registrar of Companies.
