Hi All,

Is it roumor that Reliance power is eyeing Stake sale in GVK Power , if it is true then the stock is jack pot , in the current situation you could easily get 40% return from curent level.

Please conform the new ? Wethere its is roumor or not?

I agree, GVK Power is a good buy even for medium term investment, but only on limited exposure....

At 12:54 pm, GVK Power & Infrastructure was quoting at Rs 16.85, up Rs 1.40, or 9.06%. It has touched an intraday high of Rs 17.50 and an intraday low of Rs 15.85. The company is going to consider Power Business stake sale after 6-12 Months, reports Newswire 18.

Anybody think here that the accounts of GVK looks pretty weak? If you see the net sales,net profit and total share capital they are nothing to jump about.Please discuss....

With reference to the earlier announcement dated October 07, 2008 regarding the Company has divested its entire equity holding in GVK Aviation Pvt. Ltd, a wholly owned subsidiary of the Company, which is engaged in the business of aviation, owning and chartering of private aircrafts and helicopters, GVK Power & Infrastructure Ltd has now informed BSE that the Company understand that the above disclosure is being wrongly perceived as divestment of equity by GVK in Mumbai International Airport Pvt. Ltd, a SPV formed for operating, managing and developing the Chhatrapati Shivaji International Airport, Mumbai.

In this regard, the Company clarify and confirm that GVK continues to hold 37% equity in Mumbai International Airport Pvt. Ltd....

This clarification is also not very clear from GVK. GVK continues to hold 37% in CSIA means GVK PIL or just GVK promoters?...
