it is a good news FIIs stake is coming down it becomes a big constraint for every scrip in the market and sad news is still 8% in FII hands.

today one more software co of similar size Sonata Software announced announced its results 90% up YOY. with good support from $ @ 47+ let us HOPE for the best results this quarter :-)

Today Chandigarh e-edition of Hindustantimes has reported that Chandigarh Estate office has cancelled plot in IT park allotted to Esys after finding fradulent transaction in relation to shareholding and misusing government property for increasing its networth. This involves Teledata as this land has been widely proclaimed as billion dollor TBO business by teledata as well. New is available in epaper Chandigarh edition of Hindustantimes.


We have been telling all of you about the frauds commited by Teledata and Esys. Both have defrauded SBI for almost Rs 400 crores and news will be out soon. ...

`Please take all blue chips to Teledata level, within a year`

latest shareholding available at cos website. Only 4 fiis against 12 in prev Qtr are left. their shareholding reduced to 8 % from 10 %

Tele data is one of the finest stocks fundumentally.It has reserves worth more than 10 times the capital.Stock is available at very cheap rate.I feel real worth of the share is more than 4 times the current value.Therefore it is golden opportunity purchase the share at present price.

Request you guests to go get an id. For the benefit of all, this is what the exemption means. To list any new shares on the exchange, there are some norms stated by sebi. In case of demergers the new shares are exempted from these norms but need approval from sebi. Just a procedural activity. Looks like the delay was purely intentional.

So atleast for ttsl the procedural hurdles in the form of permissions etc seem to have been surpassed. This will not have any impact on the listing price as price is independent of the permissions that you need to get anyway.

The company can cheat investor till Dec 2008

Securities and Exchange Board of India vide its letter ref CFD/DIL/NB/VB/140063/2008 dt: 06.10.2008 has granted Relaxation from applicability of Rule 19(2)(b) of the Securities Contract (Regulation) Rules,1957 for Listing of 14,58,34,540 shares of Teledata Technology Solutions Ltd.

what exactly does it mean and what will be the effect on the share price
