The Company TurnOver is only 10cr

If u consider last years order of 32cr from Haryana Government for overhead tanks.
OkPlay (with all its diverse product range) managed to sell only 10cr
(total turnover for FY0708 was 42cr) ...

Good idea.. keep holding on till it bottoms again

and if it is going to have another private placement
goes it mean further equity dilution !??!...

Any explainations ?!?

u should check out Share Holding pattern on the BSE site. There has been a constant increase in the number of shares held by brokerage houses and private investment houses.
And the 5 lakh shares sold by the MD in Jan; should be understood as a pre planned bulk deal, else the stock would have hit lower circut considering that we've never seen that kind of volume. ...

Even trader can enter into this scrip for short term level. No reason it go down further. Many times we have seen quick rise in this scrip from this level...
