its not that its goign to be taken over ; takeover has already been done almost a year back and its time to reap profits on this stock...

Never buy in a hurry and never sell in panic.Now that u hv already bought it on some news it would be better to hold on and not be in a rush to sell.The promoter has been trying to sell stake and also performance has been improved so at the first piece of good news the stock will rise and u can exit then with some profit.You could be right about accumulation going on....

When did u buy?In next 2 qtrs or so this shud be a turn around story.This qtr itself the company has pared down its losses significantly.This scrip has caused losses and heart burn to investors for 4 years now.You will have to keep the faith for another 6 months miimum b4 seeing gains....

dear mont25, yeah.good results but room for improvement.just have patience with this company and it will give you stellar returns.as I had mentioned earlier,most of their revenues will accrue from 3rd qtr onwards.they have increased their production capacity and we are in for a joyful experience.don`t worry about the correction and in fact I took this as an opportunity to buy lots more.and never set a target or a time period to achieve this target for there will always be short term fluctuations.after all it has run up so fast.this in itself is a great indicator of the future valuation.happy and joyful investing in VOLTAMP TRANSMISSONS....

my boss do not ever sell this stock it is in consolidating range and an excellent pick at this stage i will simply request you to have patience and forget this counter for next 24 months and watch your investment double with bonus stock split and good earnings for sure just relax it is super share and some time it just waits for a bounce before it gallops sukumar...
