Axis Bank Limited has informed the Exchange vide its letter dated July 15, 2008, that: "The Committee of Directors of the Bank has today made the allotment of 1,43,157 equity shares of Rs.10/- each to the employees of the Bank, under ESOP. The paid up share capital of the Bank will accordingly get increased to 35,87,07,688 equity shares from 35,85,64,531 equity shares".
