Redington (India) Limited has informed the Exchange that: "The Company and M/s. Investcorp Gulf Opportunity Fund Company 1.B.S.C. (Investcorp), a well known Private Equity investor, have concluded an agreement whereby investcorp will invest US$ 98 Million for a 36% stake in the Companys Middle East and Africa (MEA) business. This values the Companys MEA business at US$ 272 Million. We expect that the transaction will get completed by middle of November 2008."...

Redington India Ltd has informed BSE that the Company and M/s. This stock in my opinion is worth Rs.110-120. Price of 200 is extremely high. Company suffering losses due strong US$....

This script still quotes @ P/E of 23+ against its` nearest equal comparison HCL Infosys which quote @ P/E of 5.5. Why? Isn`t Redington over-priced ? Sell Redignton, Buy HCL Infosystems...

I have adviced sell on this script in July_08 when it was trading @ 350
See where it is today. All MFs have sold. H/W margins negative, distributors bleeding. SELL will go down to 190-210...
