Tata Motors Ltd has informed BSE that the Register of Members & Share Transfer Books of the Company will remain closed from June 18, 2008 to June 26, 2008 (both days inclusive) for the purpose of payment of dividend, if any, recommended at the Board Meeting to be held on May 28, 2008.
