the proceedings against USA are so severe in their impact it will drain Ranbaxy in legal costs and most likely such proceedsings begin only when there is a sure case and after indictment Ranbaxy ...

pls check sir, it did hit 442 n 450....today, i hv covered 50% of my shorts at 454 n shorted again at 484/.. now my next double short will be at 514 levels if at all it goes there n is most unlik...

guptaji It didnt hit your price as you mentioned in your post that it must hit Rs 440 on firday. It is up now to almost Rs 480. What do you say??...

looks like Gupta is super short on Ranbaxy. So obviously whenever Ranbaxy starts running, Gupta sahab ki fat jati hai & comes here to post a bearish message....hehehehe...

8th of august also the time given by uscongress to usfda to reply. hence, the share will not go anywhaere prior to that date n short on every raise till it tanks to below 440/- once again - tks n...

today market is negative still this stock is zommed up & postv whole day with good volumes...anybody can buy this stock for short term...

Yes,it is very difficult to cheat american patients.... they may claim the amount inhuge manner otherwise they do not allow these drugs further into their country.......

There are few whispers among pharma circles saying that ranbaxy products may be banned in US markets.... pl note that americans can not take health risk by consuming cheap drugs.......

you seem right; there will be damages claims running into billions of dollars by Ranbaxy drug users if FDA ruling goes against Ranbaxy and I think so will be the case, causing Ranbaxy to go ban...
