after holding this stock for almost 2 years, I exited with 30% loss for half ofmy holdings. I have lost faith in the managment, the quality of corporate governance, no growith in the order book etc etc. If I would have exited earlier, I could have made money and recovered my losses in other stocks. The other half I have kept for 2 reasons - the chances of losing much more money - that is - the stock going down hugely from this level - is not very likely. The 2nd reason is - if some miracle happens and the company comes somewhere close to its guidance. Some times, in stock markets, you make mistakes , learn from those and move ahead....

"Forty-five crores is the equity of the company. It is available at 7-8 crores market cap"
What r u writing please understand what is Market Cap. Hello it is Rs 45 cr Multiplied by Rs 17/- which gives you the market cap.

Agree with you. Even after the huge run up, the stock is cheap. Expected EPS of 12 for this year ( might be 13+ ). So its trading at only 6 times current year EPS. Also, it`s a debt free company and has given very consistent performance over the last couple of years. I do not think it`s unfair to expect a PE multiple of 8-10 for this stock. If next year earning is 15, the stock should hit 120-150 over the next 6-9 months....

Actually fundamentally nothing wrong with the company and the sentiment is improving for the sector stock like PSL and welspun gujrat is already moving so someday it will also move and the P/E is suggesting that it is still cheap to its peer that is the thought behind target of Rs 30+...

The target of 30/- as mentioned - is it worthwhile to wait or it is only a morale booster???
I want to quit at that price and fold hands to Sanghi ji!!!
Please give some knowledge on the basis of your calculation.

What they produced they say is award winnig they didnot say profit making which is what the company needs..what they are do in terms of another movie and in discussion on co-production is once again a promise of future which may or maynot come true..have they ever said which positive outlook did not materialise ? same old story and games hence not impressive. They have to show profitable qtr on consistent basis to earn any credibility in my books.

In simple words I can tell you that this stock is expected to move ahead and reach 1500 in 2-3 months. Ofcouse risky one, but worth holding for long term....

Well there is simply no justifications that can come valid. If you are saying that this company has small EPS, and so it should not have gone so high up, then well show me the company with Highest EPS and compare its results?
Nothing in any company can justify a rise from rupees 20 to 1200 in a year!
So take it as a gamble and play along, its plain risk.
The only advice here is dont watch the stock falling and falling without aiming to exit.
And about a year? Then no, I did not take this stock as an long term investment. I would never put a lot of money in this stock and sleep without monitoring it.Weather its worth 250 crore or 2500, I`ve already claimed a 150% return on this stock as of yet and will hold it till I feel any drop.
I setup my own stop losses and as the value of stock rises making new highs, my personal stop loss increases too. If someday I`ll feel that its now only consolidating and not much rising, I`ll exit.

Dharmesh Pancholi, Investment Advisor, in an interview with ET Now says that is the PSUs and PSU banks that will lead the market rally. He also
adds that Infra is infrastructure, cement, agriculture, farming, will take the market forward as far as small and mid-caps are concerned.
Let us talk about the mid-cap space this morning. BF Utilities is up almost eight per cent in trade. Edelweiss Capital is up five per cent at 508. Others like HMT, MRF, Exide Industries have also done well. These are stocks that are buzzing around in the mid-cap space. Do you have a view on any of them?
No. I have not seen any of them but I am very bullish on mid-cap and small-cap. I personally believe that if market will rise 100 points, then we may see mid-caps and small-caps outperformong by 50 basis points more. That will be 50 per cent more than what the large cap will rise. So I am pretty bullish on small and mid-caps. There are a lot many stories still, say for example, likes of Karuturi Global. It is available at 17 rupees. Forty-five crores is the equity of the company. It is available at 7-8 crores market cap and the company is holding some 3 lakh hectare land in Ethiopia, which has a huge potential. I think it is a huge, huge story and it may take 1-2 years but that`s a stock to watch.
