Celestial Labs Limited has informed the Exchange that pursuant to section 192A of the companies Act, 1956 it is proposed to transact the following Special Businesses by the Members of the Company by passing resolutions, as special Resolutions, through Postal Ballot. Resolutions:(1) Issue of 5,89,000 Equity Shares of Rs.10/- each to Dr. Aditya Narayan Singh Promoter, Chairman & Managing Director, during the Financial Year 2008-09.(2) Issue of 6,20,000 Equity Shares of Rs.10/- each to Dr.Aditya Narayan Singh, Promoter, Chairman & Manging Director, during the Financial Year 2009-10. Mr. Anantha Rama Subramanian, Practicing Company Secretary, have been Appointed as a Scrutinizer for Postal Ballot purpose as per provisions of Section 192A of the Companies Act 1956 read with companies (passing of Resolution by Postal Ballot) Rules 2001.The duly completed Postal Ballot form should be Scrutinizer before the close of working hours on or before the August 27, 2008.The Scrutinizer will submit his report to the Chairman after completion of the scrutiny and the result of the voting by Postal Ballot will be announced on September 01, 2008. The Copies of the Notice of postal ballot shall be available on the NSE website (http://www.nseindia.com) under: Corporates > Latest Announcements and on the Extranet Server (/Common/Corporate Announcements).
