Rain Water Harvesting Mandatory for New building
From November 1 rain water harvesting will be mandatory for new buildings.The recent amendment of the BWSSB Act that’s made rain water harvesting mandatory for new and bigger old buildings could bring about a change. Provided, citizens understand the law, get the system installed and also trained in handling it.
People need professional help to design a system complying with the law. They also need trained plumbers and masons as well as money to invest in the structure. Some plumbers and masons well versed in this are listed on the BWSSB website.
Rain water if captured can generate water equivalent to 3000 MLD, almost double the current demand. It can also reduce the massive problem of flooding in Bangalore to a great extent, say experts.Depending on design, orientation and catchment area of the house, you could pay between Rs 8,000 and Rs 75,000 to set up the system.
If you don’t have an RWH unit, your water and sanitary connections could be cut. However, there are rewards for installing one. After an assessment by the BWSSB in January 2010, five houses will be selected and rewarded Rs 10,000 each.

Though the business is good, the company is in the grip of fraud management lead by Aggarwal. I was dealing in this share @900-1000 range in Yr 2000. Alas, it was delisted for 7-8 years, and lot of people held their shares hoping for a revival. However, when listed we were cheated by vested interests and they took us to Rs 75 levels and within minutes, to freez downward. And that continued for long and we are now at Rs.29! Still, we believe in Aggarwal!!!. I want to get out of this share. I trust a Mumbai dancebar prostitute far more than this Aggarwal. He is a big cheat......

I believe the results were OK and nothing to be disappointed about.
However the value of this scrip or for that matter any other scrip comes not from the past results but the future potential. Here I see a tremendous upside for this stock with the reverse merger that took place and my belief is it is better placed than all the other new ones like adani,ibulls!
I am holding on to my stock and will add more only when I see some large volumes happening or some pronouncements on the new projects. Basically when the breakout happens. I will buy it on the up. I am not selling for sure and will hold on for more years! ...

i agree it is a rare gem but there tony there is no need to reb it in!
let`s hope this reverse merger into JP Hydro benefitsd us all. With all the other power ipo`s like nhpc, adani and ibulls getting rich valuations, this company has more developed capacity and larger projects on hand and should perform well in the loing run!...

HI Guest, I guess you are right about byback being the reason for decline in prices. Was puzzled about why a share that should be crossing 40/ and moving on to 50/ is reversing to below 30/.
