Reliance refinig margin will reduce as oil is down,
General market is down, SEZ may not take off, other expansion will be put on Hold
so logicall it will follow the trend, and 1600 seems obvious....

People with cash or fixed income securities will be biggest beneficieries in medium to 2 yr term....
