Dear niraj_mmmec,
If you have 21 shares, you will get 10 shares towards the 20 shares... and for the 1 share, you will get the money in your demat account. The money will be the half of the share price of the closing of the Ex date price of GAIL.
More or less you will get around Rs 130 in your demat account.

I have also not got credit for Bonus in my demat account. When asked to my broker he told me that it will take approx 2-4 weeks to get it credited in demat account......

nops you are not eligible for bonus share... but it really does not matter. I am eligible for a bonus share but if I would have bought the shares now it would have been much cheaper....

Sorry.. I was misled into believing that it fell 140 to reach 250. That`s not the case. It just went ex-bonus. So really it has fallen just about 9-10. So it has not turned as attractive as I originally thought. It still continues to be a good stock to hold on to but I won`t say I would buy more at current levels. I want to wait another rs.50 fall before I buy more....
