T Spiritual World Ltd has informed BSE that the members at the 22nd Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company held on September 30, 2008, inter alia, have accorded the following:

1. Adoption of the Audited Balance Sheet as at March 31, 2008 and the Profit and Loss Account for the period ended on that date, the Reports of Auditors and Directors thereon.

2. Re-appointment of Sri. Rajendra Singh as a Director of the Company.

3. Re-appointment of M/s. R K Doshi & Associates, Chartered Accountant, Kolkata, as a Auditor of the Company to hold office from the conclusion this meeting until the conclusion of the next Annual General Meeting of the Company , on remuneration, terms & conditions....
