the only risk i feel this counter has is that in future it will definately merge with ESS Dee so i just hope that the swap ratio is good and in favor of india foils shareholders......

the move was on back of promoters subscribing warrants thats wat i heard from cnbc. lets see if the upmove continues. my eyes are all set on the amalgamation process which will surely benefit the share holders...

Can you please tell me the status of DVR issue?
I understand,the management is contemplating to issue NCD to fund the massive expansion of the existing capacities to enable the company to meet the higher demand that will arise after 3 to 4 years.
By then the weak players will be wiped out,namely, Austral Coke etc and GNRE will emerge larger and stronger.
But how will they service the debt unless there is incremental profit during the gestation period?
We hope the shareholders will not be deprived of the dividend this year keeping my friend,Bagram in mind....
