Dil bahelane ke liye khyal achcha hai but the fact is management has pledged its 100% holding to raise fund for their internal settlement and it will be very difficult to cross Rs 45 based on current performance. The droughts and floods are regular features of India.We have all sort of departments but nothing has been achieved.We spend more on relief than on solving the root problem .Most of the relief is ill-spent or pocketed by vested interests.All these analysis are good for presentation but what we are interested in is the concrete work not advices and concepts of planning etc.We all know the problems and may be even the solutions but what is needed is the ground level work .All these research institutes are useless and good for nothing except for paying good salaries for posing as great workers .Even after more than 60 years of independence and spending thousands of crores we are still at big zero....
