the divestment would increase public holdings and bring in the more liquidity into the market ..The biggest amount possibly be raised by MMTC at about Rs 10,600 crore – Rs 8600 crore by NMDC
but looking to its inverse the govt funds would also get insecured in the wake of soring and lowering stock prices....

why is it so Indians have attitude of blaming anmd debating from needle type issues..can`t they be resloved wid mutual converstaion..rather then getting to know th remedila action focus is on making big piles of reports, the blaming minister or department.no matter whose child whose nearby is dying in train accidents , in bridges falling,boats sinking????
Indians focus more on repitions rather getting something new into the bags......

SEC Chairman Mary Schapiro announced that the Commission planned to propose a rule concerning high-frequency trading firms. That proposal, she said, "would shed greater light on the activities of high-frequency traders." Although she did not provide specifics at the time, that proposal refers to the implementation of a large trader reporting system.
Schapiro said the SEC needs a "deeper understanding" of the activities of these firms and the "potential impact on our markets and investors of so many transactions occurring so quickly....
