you are right about real estate, but, then why and how do you say that it is going to rebound so hugely. it might take time... really long time to come back to dec 07 rates....

what makes you think so???? It should do well, that I also believe, but why will it do so very well is a question. It used to hit UC everyday and was talk of the country but something drastically wrong has happened... what is it?...

jasavi, Let us now discuss about the stocks which can perform well in 3 months to 1 year, rather than 3 years. If you talk about such a long time duration, there are countless stocks which can yield 200-500 percent. Shift your focus to front line stocks till the market show some positive trend. IEC and Jai Coprn may be availabe much more cheaper in the near future. Just forget about Indusvista for the time being. ...

Dear jasavi, Sorry, Due to time constraints, I have stopped posting any views in MMB for the time being. It is absorbing too much of time to be an active memeber in MMB. As per my simple calculation, I have spent not less than 35 working days (5 mnts per message at an avg and working day of 8 hrs) in 3 years time only to post my views in MMB and as per me it is not worth spending that much time.
