My calculation:

When Skumar demerged it relisted at a price of 93 rs to the original price of 114 (previous day price) so this gone down by 21 rs per share.

Now Skumar is giving bonus share of BHRL at 5:1 so Skumar has already reduced the price by 21 x 5 = 105. So I would rekon BHRL will list above 105 rs.
