The share department of Indian Hotels has confirmed the following :-
1) The finalisation of Rights Allotment can take up to 10 more days .
2) Rights shares are not eligible for the 190% Interim Dividend.

How much better it would have been if the Legal Eagles of Indian Hotels had used their talent of

Interim Dividend ( unprecedented in its history )-----Last date Rights Extension------- One day earlier Record date for Dividend

on Orient Express rather than on their own shareholders.
