we dont know tommorrow; we decide on calculation based on so many factors. decission is ours as money is ours. two options ahead

1. stay away from volatile market (bear phase) until market shows clear sign of bull phase which no one knows when
2. take some risk to enter in this bear phase gradually

for example kaashyap a penny stock or SBI a super stock both are available at 52weeks low price. in the coming bull market sbi will grow 1-2-3 times whereas kaashyap can shoot up 7-10 times because its a speculative stock...

Ispat is not a penny stock; its the 7th biggest company in India. Fundementals not strong like Tata Chemicals or Reliance Industries. But they are also falling during the bear phase.
becasue stock value is small trading is done in millions. buyers book profit without keeping it long term.
Bear attack is not over. so you may get it at better price. once bulls dominate ispat will sure go beyond 60/- remember it reached 87/- in Jan 2008 performance of the company is not bad. govt did some control on steel price that affected profit....

I strongly believe that fall in ISPAT is almost over and its a BUY for ISPAT. I has fallen more than 60% which is what is assumed to be biggest correction. I know this is not a fundamentally good stock but it is mostly driven by speculative and speculative stocks gives more returns in ST than any other stocks. Also you can easily see that there are more buy orders than sell which shows +ve sign and also whenever there is fall because of sensex fall this is the first stock to recover faster than any other. Comments are welcomed

I strongly believe that fall in ISPAT is almost over and its a BUY for ISPAT. I has fallen more than 60% which is what is assumed to be biggest correction. I know this is not a fundamentally good stock but it is mostly driven by speculative and speculative stocks gives more returns in ST than any other stocks. Also you can easily see that there are more buy orders than sell which shows +ve sign and also whenever there is fall because of sensex fall this is the first stock to recover faster than any other. Comments are welcomed...

just by mentioning ISPAT is not good does not make the stock bad. See how strong support it has got at 15. A slight improve in Nifty makes the ISPAT share value cross 15 soo easily, in such case how do u say that its very bad. I know that its fundamentals are not so good but its a speculative stock and for traders speculative stock are of much concern than fundamentals. If u r a long term investor then we need to think about fundamentals

The strong support of 17.75 is lost and it may hit a bottom of Rs.10/-. So before any buying in this counter especially when steel industry is melting down, keep a watch for a week. The fire cracker for US half percent cut may be for one day, again by evening people will take their profit. My view is to wait for one week to enter in this counter i.e: before friday next week. Inflation may dip further next week, and the free fall will be some what arrested....

I have got 2000 shares of ISPAT at 30 rs. I bought them after listening to news about their to be investments in Madhya Pradesh and other places, so I think the company is well placed. Can you explain why you are saying it has not got good fundamentals. I guess the share price is dropping because of global recession and the steel prices. I wonder if I buy ISPAT at the current levels!...
