Never listen to these Maheshes & Santoshes & Rajus & what not. I think these are common everyday names used to fraud poor investors by operators. Not even single one of them must be a proper analyst.

If I was able to write such superb script and do such great analysis then I would be more than happy to claim its ownership. But, unfortunately this is not so and I don\\`t like to take away the credit from a person who has put in a lot of efforts and so I have mentioned his name clearly. He writes by the name Mahesh I. Shah on AIII (Association of Indian Individual Investors) - a google group formed for the benefit of all investors.

Operators never operate in a stock which is trading under t-to-t segment because under it all trades need to be matched by delivery. Hence, in Axis IT&T it is a genuine delivery based buying and please Mr. guest do proper homework before you write anything on the messageboard.

Not promoters, dipam. Operators. Today the operators tried to use good sentiment to free lower circuit and force upper circuit. But investors continued to sell and now they are saddled with more stock to dispose. If investors are smart they must dump all the stock on the operators.

Received Annual Report of Axis IT&T yesterday. Key takeaways :
(author of this is Mahesh but I have personaly procured a copy of Axis IT&T report today and cross-checked the contents and he is perfectly right)
(1) The company has projected 9 cr. revenue on standalone basis in current FY09 which translates into a revenue of Rs. 40-45 cr. on a consolidated basis for the company.
(2) They have projected that Consolidated financials will turn profitable on net level in FY09 which is the current FY and Standalone financials will become profitable on EBIDTA level in FY09.
(3) The takeover by Rajeev Chandrashekhar group is clearly mentioned as also the resignation of Ajay Shankar and him becoming director of EDC, chennai - the Engineering Services divion of Caterpillar.
(4) The fact that Rajeev Chandrashekhar group has assured financial support for aggresive marketing strategy of the company in forthcoming years as also expansion of the wholy owned subsidiaries of US and UK is mentioned.
(5) In the Annual Report it is stated that takeover of Axis IT&T by Rajeev Chandrashekhar group is part of the long term goal of the Chandrashekhar group to build a powerful franchise of Aerospace, Engineering & Communications related businesses closely aligned to one another to become the first choice partners to Aerospace and Engineering Majors worldwide.

I have not gone anywhere sir and I am here to post info which I think is absolutely credible and authentic. This is not my article but an article from Mr. Mahesh which was published in some other forum. I cross checked the info provided in the article on net and found it absolutely authentic. This was the only reason I published this info on this messageboard.
Also Mr., if you just look beyond lower circuits and upper circuits and look at the pure analysis he has made, I feel he has put in a lot of hard work and his effort needs to be complimented. What wrong he has said, tell me ----
Mr. Chandrashekhar has taken a 61 % stake in Axis IT&T - just check the latest shreholding pattern..
He is extremely aggresive and commited to his aerospace sector plans - just search the internet and read the articles..
He has stuck gold whereever he has put his hands - just see the BPL-transaction and Murdoch's interest in Asianet..
There are many ways by which Axis IT&T can benefit significantly from Chandrashekhar group - just see his strong association with EADS and the business-standard article where the group head as also now chairman of Axis IT&T has clearly stated that software engineering services group firm i.e., Axis IT&T will be responsible for all activities of the MROs to be set up by the group.
I have made investment in Axis IT&T and made it one of my core portfolio company based on only this article and I look forward to buy more on every LC. Even today I was a major buyer on BSE and this is only because I have made thorough research and cross checked the content of the published article with all the available sources....

Yes. Positive messages and reports are being spammed to hundreds of websites. That means distribution , nothing else. But investors can be wise and trap the operators.
