Cinemax India Limited has informed the Exchange that on September 29, 2008, the Company will be launching Three Screens Multiplex at Iscon Mega Mall, Rajkot. The multiplex will be open to the audiences with hit movies like "Welcome to Sajjanpur" , "A Wednesday" and "1920" etc. This multiplex is having capacity of 760 seats including 35 recliner seats. The three screens multiplex will offer patrons out of world experience - "Cinemaxperience". With this addition, the Company will have total 22 theatre properties, 65 screens and 17538 seats....

Cinemax India Ltd has informed BSE that the Company had carried out postal ballot process as per Section 192A of the Companies Act, 1956 read with Companies (passing of the resolution by postal ballot) Rules 2001. The Scrutinizer appointed by the Company Mr. Virendra Bhatt had submitted his report on September 11, 2008.

The Chairman of the Company declared the results of Postal Ballot on September 12, 2008 on special resolutions....
