GlaxoSmithKline Pharmaceuticals Ltd has informed BSE that the audited results for the year ended December 31, 2008 are expected to be approved by the Board of Directors before the end of March 2009 i.e. within a period of three months from the close of the accounting year and as such, the Company would be announcing the audited financial results within a period of three months of the close of the accounting year.
Therefore, the Company will not be publishing the un-audited financial results for the quarter ended December 31, 2008....
