Hcl Infosystems Ltd had informed the Exchange regarding allotment of 1,64,38,848 Equity Shares on conversion of 1,64,38,848 Warrants allotted on preferential basis. The Company has now informed the Exchange that a typographical error has inadvertently occurred in the above intimation.
