sumittulsyanas the oil sector is going to zoom in near future, becoz of the oil india ipo given by the government, so it will also show the effect of it.......so grab it before it zooms......................
Not showing any semblance of strenght at the moment. ...
The company will do well without the real estate but RE will be the cause for the price too shoot up & agood reason too as as it forms a big chunk plus if the results are good then sone par suhaga -best of luck for all who hold & keep...

Why the land value is reduced-Management needs to explain

The management has reduced the land value drastically almost to 1/4 th value. I would like to bring some facts to the notice of boarders.
I live next to Gulf Oil factory in Hyderabad near to Kukatpally Colony. Here the land that is being proposed for development is very close to the Hitech city. To my knowledge, the land prices fell only by 1/3rd only and no body is willing to sell at the prevailing prices and it is difficult to get the big piece of land like that of Gulf Oil and these big piece of land fetch decent price if they are offered for sale.
The other thing is why the land is proposed to be developed by Hinduja reality development ventures
