Era Infra Engineering Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on July 13, 2009, inter alia, has approved the following:
1. Recommended dividend of Rs 0.40 per share (i.e. 20% per share) for the year ended March 31, 2009, for the declaration by the shareholders at the ensuing Annual General
Meeting.
2. Recommend the following items subject to the approval from Shareholders at the ensuing Annual General Meeting:
a) Increase the Authorised Share Capital of the Company from existing Rs 40 Crores to Rs 60 Crores.
b) Increase the FII Limit of the Company upto 65% (sixty five) percent of the paid up equity share capital of the Company.
c) Raising of funds to the tune of US $ 200 million (Rs 1000 Crores), whether from India or abroad, by way of issue of Equity Shares or any other Securities convertible into equity shares through Depository Receipts/ FCCB/ QIP. ...

Did it pay dividend for year 09 ? This scrip faces a risk of equity dilution every year and any time , that is the reason it commands low PE .

Era Infra Engineering Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on July 13, 2009, inter alia, to consider and approve the following:
1. To consider and approve the Annual Audited Financial Accounts of the Company for the year ended March 31, 2009.
2. To recommend, dividend, if any, and to fix the date of next Annual General Meeting of the Company.
