Posted by : deepakmAround 140, Dalmia is again a good buy. The company holds very good stock of sugar apart from cement contributing well to bottomline. With the planned QIP placement, the interest burden will also go down. Even though the euity will increase, it will be overall good for sharehlder wealth creation....

115 was great level to buy. I personally started buying from below 130. Booked profit at 145-150, as I didn`t like the quarter results.
The company wants its private placement to be successful and it should be done at a decent price (I think minimum price is kept at 150). That will improve the debt position, currently the interest burden is too much....

Posted by : GuestThe stock has gone through a steady phase for the past 4 weeks. From 160`s it has stedyed up but the post budget fall has pulled this stock further down.. Its a good buy at these levels.. In the current free flow market at current level you can always put 25% of your investment. Wait for some more days & watch out for nifty support levels of 3700 to 3900 where it may further slide to 110 levels.....

With reference to the earlier announcement dated June 24, 2009 regarding the dates of Book Closure from July 16, 2009 to July 24, 2009 (both days inclusive) for the purpose of payment of Final Dividend and date of Annual General Meeting of the Company, Dalmia Cement Bharat Ltd has now informed BSE that the Company has decided to withdraw the said notice and postpone the date of its next Annual General Meeting.
The revised date of Annual General Meeting of the Company and revised Book Closure dates for the purpose of payment of Final Dividend shall be informed in due course of time....
