HCL Technologies Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on October 27, 2009 & October 28, 2009, inter alia, to :

1. Consider and take on record the Un-audited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter ended September 30, 2009 (Q1).

2. Consider the payment of Interim Dividend for the year 2009-10.

Further the Company has informed that, the Un-audited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter ended September 30, 2009 and the recommendation of interim dividend for the said year shall be considered on October 28, 2009.

The record date for determining the entitlement of the Shareholders for the payment of aforesaid interim dividend shall be November 03, 2009 subject to approval of the Interim Dividend by the Board of Directors....
