Guys Do not get trapped? There is nothing like acquasition on the cards. These all just tacticts. Exit the stop whether you are in profit or loss. I am not sure whether you have idea about company progress/ losses declared / recovered. I dont there is any way to discuss right now. Just exit the stock right away. Do not unnecessarily hope for the gain here.
If you look at the company, I dont think any company will like to waste his money by investing in this account....

Aftek Ltd has informed BSE that the members at the 22nd Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company held on September 30, 2009, inter alia, have accorded to the following:
1. Re-appointment of Mr. Ranjit Dhuru, Mr. V Masurekar & Mr. Sandip Save as Directors.
2. Re-appointment of M/s. Walker, Chandiok & Co., as Statutory Auditors from the conclusion of the 22nd AGM until the conclusion of the next Annual General Meeting.
3. Appointment of Mr. Mukul Dalal as Director.
4. Appointment of Mr. Mukul Dalal as Whole-time director for a period of 5 years with effect from August 01, 2009.
5. Re-appointment of Mr. Ranjit Dhuru as Managing Director for a period of 5 years with effect from December 01, 2009.
6. Re-appointment of Mr. Nitin Shukla as Whole-time Director for a period of 5 years with effect from December 01, 2009.
Further the Company has informed that, after transacting the aforesaid business, the said AGM was adjourned to a future date as may be fixed by the Board of Directors of the Company for the purpose of transacting following item nos. 1 and 2 of the Notice of the 22nd Annual General Meeting.
1. To receive, consider, approve and adopt the Audited Profit and Loss Account for the year ended March 31, 2009, the Balance Sheet as at that date and the Reports of the Directors and the Auditors thereon.

Posted by : MMB MessengerAftek Limited has informed the Exchange that at a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company held on September 04, 2009 the Board has convened the Annual General Meeting ("AGM") of the Company on September 30, 2009. Further, the Company has informed the Exchange that "Due to corruption of financial data and the time required for conducting an audit of the accounts of the Company, in accordance with and in pursuance of the provisions of Section 166 of the Companies Act, 1956, the Company had made an application to the Registrar of Companies, Maharashtra ("ROC") on August 18, 2009 for approval for extension of time of three months for holding the AGM. However, by its Order dated August 25, 2009 the ROC has rejected the said application. In view of the aforesaid, the accounts etc. would be circulated as soon as the same are ready and audited. In the circumstances, the Company now intends to hold the AGM on September 30, 2009 to transact the other business (other than accounts and dividend if any, to be considered by the Board of Directors of the Company) and adjourn the same to a future date when audited accounts can be laid thereat". Further, the Company has fixed Book Closure from September 26, 2009 to September 30, 2009 (both days inclusive) for the purpose of Annual General Meeting of the Company....

Something strange is happening here. AGM notice is stating that audited results will be considered but they have gone to town saying that data is corrupted and yearly as well as quarterly results will be delayed. Was this a April fool story.
One consolation is that the auditors are not being changed. so things may not be that bad.
Clear hold for the present....
