adaljaarungo to karvy if they have office in your town with all documents and they will solve your problem do not panic in reliance they always help....
What about balance amount ??
Posted by : adaljaarunthis is your loss as you have purchased at 186 and on record date rpl price was 130/135 so naturally your loss comes out to be 50 rs per share but for balance15 shares of rpl you will get approximately 1500/1900 rs by cheque from the company it is the explanation and that you have to take it....

Posted by : adaljaarunhere price is not considered and for every 16 shares of rpl 1 ril share is given and it depends on your purchase price and that will be your conversion price as everyday price varies....

I had a 95 shares of RPL after amalgamation i got 5 shares of RIL (16 : 1) when i am calculating the amount of 5 shares with RIL today`s rate @ 2200 x 5 = Rs. 11,000/- and my purchase price of 95 shares @ 186/- = Rs. 17,670/-
May i request you to kindly let me know how I will get my balance Rs. 6670/- after discussions with ICICI Demat Person they gave me Karvy, Hyderabad number to get in touch with them for this. After discussions with Karvy they said that they don`t know anything about this query, how to solve my problem. Can u please let me know something about this ????...

I got a reply from Karvy regarding the fractional shares money. here is their reply.

Dear Sir,
This is with reference to the below mentioned mail.
In this regard, please be informed that all the fractional entitlements shall be consolidated and transferred to a trustee. The trustees will sell the shares in the market and remit the net sale proceeds to the shareholders in proportion to their fractional entitlements. The process is expected to be completed in due course of time.
Please note that the fractional amount for remaining shares of RPL shall be sent to you accordingly. Kindly bear with us till such time.

Posted by : GuestI lost the physical share and debenture certificated of Reliance Petro. But I have the copy of call payments made in the bank. How can I get the present status of my stock as I understand there is a merge. To whom I need to get in touch? I have 100 shares and 100 totally convertible debentures of Reliance Petro. application money and first call money is paid. Please help......
