Posted by : MMB MessengerJain Irrigation Systems Limited has informed the Exchange that "The allottees /holders of 74,97,400 Equity Warrants of Rs.478.15 each have not exercised the option of conversion into Equity Shares of the Company within 18 months from the date of allotment (02.11.2007). The last date of exercise of the conversion option was 02.05.2009. The above Warrants, therefore, have lapsed as per terms of issue of the said Warrants"....
