Kinetic motors has merged into Mahindra and Mahindra`s subsidary company, where all the business undertaking now comes under the latter, in exchange for 100Cr cash+20% equity in the new entity to Kinetic motors. The deal has already been executed.
With this, Kinetic Motors becomes debt free and cash positive. Watch out for Sep results ( FY 09 ends in september for KM)

Why it is going up up up! Listen! For the last five years Kinetic Motors are on loss making co. but they have good value of assets and manuf facilities.
Mahindra & Mahindra acquired all the Dealers of Kin. Motors, assets, plants and manufacuturing facilities and The Brand Flyte scooter launched by M & M.
M&M and Kinetic Motors formed new company with 20:80 JV Benefit of Kinetic is continues cash flow
Kinetic Motors will get share of profits
Surely Anand Mahindra has a plan to export scooters globally and M & M plan to export these vhecles across the globe.
In the histry of M & M first time foray in 2 wheeler segment naturally he will have Global Plan.
Kinetic Motors are debt free company now
