I have built a database of Quarterly & Annual Financial Results of a growing list of over 130 progressive companies (including this one) in MS Excel Spreadsheets. Using Google Docs, I have uploaded the same on my site: corporate-results.blogspot(dot)com
The database includes precomputed growth percentages for Y-o-Y and Q-o-Q comparisons. Consolidated Results have been considered wherever available. Change in Shareholding Structure is also included to study the changing interest a particular company is commanding amongst its Promoters and Large Institutional Investors. Using this database, you can easily study the growth achieved by the company you are interested in. You can also browse through the results of many other growing companies to spot interesting Investment Opportunities.

Trent Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on June 17, 2009, inter alia, has approved the following:
1. Recommended payment of Dividend @ 55% i.e. Rs 5.50 per share on 195,32,896 Equity Shares of Rs 10/- each if approved by the shareholders.
2. Approved a scheme of amalgamation of Satnam Developers & Finance Pvt. Ltd (100% subsidiary of the Company) and Satnam Realtors Pvt. Ltd (a joint venture in which Satnam Developers & Finance Pvt. Ltd holds 50% shares) with Trent Ltd with effect from April 01, 2009 subject to requisite approvals.
3. The Board of Directors has granted 21,825 Stock Options to its management employees including the Managing Director and the employees of its subsidiaries under its Employees Stock Options Scheme....

Trent Ltd has informed BSE that the Company has entered into an MOU with the Inditex Group to develop and promote Zara stores in India. Inditex is one of worlds biggest fashion retailer from Spain. As per the MOU Signed on February 05, 2009, Inditex would hold 51% and Trent would hold 49% stake in the proposed joint venture company.
In this regards the Company has issued a Press Release dated February 05, 2009 titled "Trent & Inditex to Bring Zara Stores into India"....
