Any idea why this stock has gone down so much today?...
FUTURE OF GEOMETRIC
Posted by : SANJAY BOHRAthis is a multibagger in next 2years and like all future multibaggers people do not trust about it. Go through its collaborator M/s Dassault system balance sheet and you will find that PLM business essentially gives more than 50 percent nett profit. Why this is not coming ? See 7years back their expenses on manpower used to be less than 35 % now it is 70 percent . When compounded rate of growth of sales is 41% this is clear that either Mr Godrej has taken out crores of rupees in No2 from the company or else manpower utilisation were phenomenally poor. Be it costly or unnecessary. Now Mr ravishanker as I have seen has taken a leaf out of Mr Jack Welch and cutting the expenses. I have made a 80 page analysis about the possibilities of turning Geometric and I am quite optimistic that Geometric will notch over 20 % nett profit by 2012 . Moreover contract with Dassault system covers a super profit money making chance which I do not want to disclose. Astrologically 2011 will be a very good year for geometric . I visualise Rs 100 per share by next year even if Rakesh Jhunjhunwala sells all shares of geometric....
