1. To consider and approve the Audited Balance Sheet as at March 31, 2009 and Profit & Loss Account for the year ended on that date.
2. To consider recommendation of Dividend, if any, in respect of the Financial year
2008-2009.
3. To approve Audited Financial Results for the year ended March 31, 2009.

Kabra Extrusiontechnik Ltd has informed BSE that:
"PLASTINDLA - 2009 Exhibition was held from 4th & 9th February, 2009 at Pragati Maidan, New Delhi. This prestigious event represented diverse categories like Machinery Manufacturers, Raw Materials and Additives, Dies and Moulds, Finished Products etc. Over 986 Indian and 470 International Exhibitors from 35 counties, exhibited a range of high end technologies, processing machinery, innovative products and services.
This exhibition was inaugurated by Smt. Pratibha Patil, Honble President of India. Shri. Ram Vilas Paswan, Union Minister for Chemical, Fertiliser and Steel, addressed the occasion as Chief Guest.
The Company at this fair had showcased its following innovative designed three high-tech machines in a stall spread across 750 Sq. Mtr. at Hall 6. These machines have been developed for the first time in India by the Company -
1. 120mm HDPE Pipe Plant extruding 1000mn OD (1 Mtr.) pipe.
Production Capacity- 1200 kgs/hr.
2. BEX-2-135- 28 V/4 PVCPipc Plant extruding Twin pipes of 110mm OD
Production Capacity - 1500 kgs/hr.
Before this exhibition, above plants were also demonstrated at Companys Daman Factory on
January 17. 2009.
3. UPVC Window Profile Tooling.
There was a live demonstration of High Output Three Layer Blown Film Plant with IBC mechanism with production capacity of 550 kgs/hr.
The Company in the category of Machinery Manufacturers, made an outstanding impression. Live demonstration of advanced processing plant exhibiting cutting edge technology made a huge impact, More than 1 lakh business visitors attended this fair....
