The Company has posted a net profit of Rs 460.40 million for the quarter ended June 30, 2009 as compared to Rs 326.70 million for the quarter ended June 30, 2008. Total Income has increased from Rs 8112.90 million for the quarter ended June 30, 2008 to Rs 8838.00 million for the quarter ended June 30, 2008....

We have recommended that Promoters need to deposit 100% not 10% for Preference Warrant and the Price Mechanism should be also transparent i.e If the counter is heavily traded than we can go for six month average or it should be the book value. Secondly, Minority Shareholders should also be given the same right. ,Whether they exercise it or not its upto them, bcoz they are also shareholder like promoter.
Remember your voice only can help in improving the system and bringing these culprits to books. Its high time we unite as a country and don’t keep quite.
