Do you track Hotel Leela? There is some buzz around this stock regarding acquisition by ITC. I`m not able to decipher whether this is good news or bad news. I hove some stock at 31/- levels. please advise a target, or the short term future of this stock. Thanx.

RBI announced that loan to hotel industry will be removed from high risk category now it will be easy to get loans for hotels and they will get loan on lesser interest rates as they are no more in high risk category...this stock is going to rock now....buy it ASAP for target of 46-47...

buy buy hotel leela as most of the brokers given the buy call on hotel leela like pakash gava, sudarshan sukhani, ashok singh for target near around 46-47 you will get good return in 3-4 days as if nifty break 5000 then there will be strong support at that level and will see 5200-5250 very soon......

But i agree with u... its a stock beated up badly sue to the all the bad news impacting the hotel industry..the economic slowdown, terrosit attacks, swine flue, etc. all this is factored in the current price..

Hoping there are no more bad news coming.....

Though Hotel Leela seems quite good but due to lagging preparations common wealth games event is under severe risk.Any negative news can bring down the stock heavily....

Fairwealth Securities has recommended a sell rating on Hotel Leela Venture with a target of Rs 27-28. this recomondation is not correct, not neutral. pleasedo not sell your stock. by chance it goes down please average it. but in no case it will go bellow 32. i do not understand why such consultant missguiding investors.
